A total of over 48,000 silver granite setts were laid to create the driveway to this country mansion, a project that took over two months to complete.
Our usual style is to create defined borders from a second coloured sett however on this venture the borders we defined by using a double sized cobble of the same colour. The long main road was laid in a brick bond style that gave defined direction, then the cross rod junction laid in the opposite way for the contrasting effect you see.
